Ride the Wave into YourFuture: Join the Future Waves Trainee Assistant Facilitator Programme
Are you (or your teenager) passionate about dance, teaching, and inspiring others? Do you dream of turning that passion into a future career?
The Future Waves Trainee Assistant Facilitator Programme is here to help you take your first steps. Running from January to June 2026, this exciting six-month course is designed for young people aged 14+ who are eager to explore dance-based and education careers — with the perfect balance of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Why Join Future Waves?
This isn’t just another course. It’s a launchpad. Here’s what makes Future Waves different:
Professional Recognition – Gain a CPD-accredited certificate to boost your CV and career opportunities.
Work Opportunities – After completing the course, trainees (16+) may join the Moving Waves assistant facilitator pool — with paid roles!
Mentorship & Guidance – Every trainee receives a personal 1-2-1 session with a Moving Waves artist to explore future goals and career pathways.
Small Group, Big Impact – Limited spaces mean more tailored support and a strong, close-knit learning community.
Transferable Skills – Build confidence, leadership, organisation, and communication skills that will serve you in any profession.
And best of all? The course fits around school and family life. With a mix of monthly Zoom calls, weekend in-person workshops, and self-paced learning, it’s designed with young people in mind.
