Moving Waves has run arts-based after-school clubs in London primary schools and nurseries since 2015. We deliver drama, dance, musical theatre, stand-up comedy, arts and crafts, languages, ballet, music and kids yoga, plus breakfast clubs, lunch clubs and PPA cover.

We work with primary schools and nurseries across London, in any postcode. We currently run 50 weekly clubs across 25 schools.
Email info@movingwaves.org or use our contact form. Tell us your preferred day, time, year groups and subject. We then agree a timetable, send you a flyer for parents, and handle registration and payments if needed.
Yes. We offer a free, no-obligation taster assembly. It lets pupils try a subject and helps you gauge interest before you book a club.
Yes! We provide PPA cover for London primary schools in drama, P.E., music, languages and art. Sessions are planned by our facilitators and can cover any topics required by your shcool.
Yes. Any of our clubs can run before school, at lunchtime or after school, depending on what suits your timetable.
Either. Most schools pay in full so the club is free to families, or subsidise places for pupil premium children. Some schools let us charge parents directly, and handle all the administration of sign ups and payments. We're flexible with payment options, depending on what suits your school best.
All our facilitators hold enhanced DBS checks and have experience working with children. We always follow your school's safeguarding policy and hold public and employers' liability insurance. We can send certificates and our policies before the first session.
A hall or large classroom works for most clubs. We bring all materials and resources, including art supplies.
For an hour long session we charge schools £65 + VAT, or £70 for Art sessions. When parents sign up and pay individually, we charge £10 per session.
